All consultation appointments, including urgent or on the day appointments, can be made by calling our friendly and experienced reception on 5443 7244.

Standard consultations are 15 minutes in length. If a longer appointment is required 30-minute appointments are available. Our doctors would appreciate you booking a long appointment if you have multiple issues to discuss or have a complex issue.

Our doctors will always have appointments allocated for on the day emergencies. To obtain an emergency on the day appointment we ask that you call from 8.00am on the day. Our reception staff will make every effort to find an appointment time if you urgently need to be seen. When making an appointment, if multiply members of one family are to be seen, we ask that you make an appointment for each person, including children. You can help our doctors stay on time by booking an appropriate length consultation. Phone appointments are limited to patients who have COVID / Flu like symptom that are home unwell and are isolating from the public.

Long consultations are advised for new patients, travel medicine consultations, mental health plan, complete general checkup or if you have multiple issues to discuss.

Walk in patients will be triaged by either a GP or Nurse, if it is a non-urgent presentation an appointment will be made.
